Bill Smathers, our Sr. Appraiser is a certified general with over 40 years' experience with thousands of appraisals to his credit and is considered one of the top appraisers in Western Pennsylvania. Mr. Smathers provides expert witness services for litigation when needed. Beth Smathers holds a residential certification since 1995 with more than 25 years of experience. She is VA and FHA approved and specializes in single family residential property appraisals.
