He is considered one of the top appraisers in the Northwest Pennsylvania Area. Bill also has experience providing expert witness services for litigation when needed. Beth Smathers holds a residential certification since 1995 with more than 25 years of experience. She is VA and FHA approved and specializes in single family residential property appraisals.
Our team at Appraisal Associates is made up of experienced and highly qualified appraisers that ‘specialize’ in helping people who need appraisals for trust and estate purposes, buying/selling, divorce, bankruptcy, probate, PMI removal and more.
